The Shriner’s objective is to support
their Children's Hospitals which provide quality medical treatment at no charge
for any child to age 18. Shriner’s Hospitals provide medical care at 19
orthopedic units and 3 burn centers throughout North America. One of the newest
Hospital Units is located in Tampa at the University of South
Florida Campus. |

The Ronald McDonald House
program has provided a "home away from home" for nearly 4 million family members
since its beginning in 1974. Today, more than 220 McDonald Houses in more than
20 countries offer more than 5,000 rooms each night to families needing comfort
and care while there child is in the hospital.
The
Crisis Center of Tampa Bay offers
help, hope and healing to all people experiencing life’s problems and
challenges, big and small, regardless of income or ability to pay. By dialing
2-1-1 anyone can receive the help you need 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Crisis Center can help individuals and families cope with the
devastating trauma of sexual or physical violence, domestic violence or abuse,
depression and despair, substance abuse, financial problems, family issues or
whenever life’s challenges start to weigh someone down.
